A little about me!
I'm Brandi. Single mother of two and work full time up to 50 hours a week.
I started my journey of weight loss on 8/24/15. I have lost 20# in a month and started Beta of T25 as of today. I combine this workout program with the “flexible dieting” concepts to lose weight. I love it. I meal prep every Sunday for the following week. My vision is the help others with their fitness goals.
